We stand behind every product we sell. If you are not satisfied with your order for any quality-related reason, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to contact us for a full replacement or refund. Your confidence in our products is our top priority.

Quality Issues

If you receive a product that is damaged during transit, appears defective, or does not match the specifications listed on our website, contact our support team immediately. We will arrange either a full replacement shipment or a complete refund at no additional cost to you. Photographic evidence of the issue may be requested to help us improve our quality control process.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The return request must be submitted within 30 days of delivery
  • Products must be unopened and in their original sealed packaging
  • Products that have been opened, used, or tampered with are not eligible for return unless there is a verifiable quality defect
  • A valid order number or proof of purchase is required

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return or refund request, email us at support@anvilpeptides.com with the following information:

  • Your order number
  • The product(s) you wish to return
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Photos of the product and packaging (if applicable)

Our team will review your request and respond within 24–48 hours with return instructions or a resolution.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout. For cryptocurrency payments, refunds will be issued in the equivalent USD value at the time of the original transaction. You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct product exchanges at this time. If you would like a different product, please initiate a return for your current order and place a new order for the desired item.
